Alex’s home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. On multiple occasions during our stay, members of my family commented about what a nice time they were having at the house and how relaxed they felt. We really appreciated amenities like the well-appointed kitchen and the abundance of fluffy white towels, and our dogs loved stretching their legs and soaking up the sun in the fenced-in side yard. The location was perfect for us—just a mile away from the wedding reception we were attending at Holy City Brewing in the Park circle area. It is just one of the many popular bars and restaurants close by. Alex was very responsive to my questions—typically replying within a matter of minutes. The 11 am, easy-breezy check-out is worth mentioning. Getting a big group up and out of a rental home on departure day can be a real chore. Alex made that process as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend “Happy Ours!”

Alex was responsive, friendly and accommodating right from the get go! The house looked EXACTLY like the photos in the listing. The beds were super comfortable. There were five of us for a bachelorette party and we all agree we need to come back for another vacation ASAP!
